"I was having a bit of trouble..."
I was having a bit of trouble setting up my speaker, but support was super patient and helped me get everything working in about 10 minutes. Really happy with how easy they made it.

"Setup was painless"
I was expecting the setup to take longer, but it only took a few minutes. The app is straightforward and easy enough to get around in. Nothing overly flashy, but it does what I need so far.

"Sound is seriously damn good"
Picked up a Sonos speaker for the living room and, not gonna lie, this thing sounds way better than I expected. The bass actually hits without turning into a muddy mess, and voices come through super clear even when the volume’s low. Setup was a bit of a pain in the ass, but once it finally started playing, I was damn happy with it.

"I bought it from Sonos and the..."
I bought it from Sonos and the setup was mostly easy for me. The speakers got on the wifi fast, and the app found them without me doing too much messing around. Most days the sound is steady and works fine, but sometimes one speaker just kind of disappears and I have to restart it. It is not a huge problem, just annoying in that small way. Overall I’m still happy I got it.

"The app will work fine for a bit..."
The app will work fine for a bit, then it randomly drops out way too often. What makes it more frustrating is that there doesn’t seem to be any real human contact when you need help, just automated stuff that doesn’t actually fix anything.
